By accessing or using Adrian Cross — whether through our website, mobile application, or any other interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Adrian Cross is an AI voice agent designed to facilitate real-time, empathic communication between individuals who speak different languages. The Service uses speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech technologies to relay messages in a culturally aware and emotionally calibrated manner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Adrian Cross. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms

4. User Accounts

Some features of Adrian Cross may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Service for high-stakes scenarios (medical diagnosis, legal proceedings, emergency response) without professional human oversight

We reserve the right to terminate any session or account that violates these rules and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials associated with Adrian Cross are the property of Dragontail Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Adrian Cross is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

8. Disclaimers

Adrian Cross is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragontail Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Translations will be completely accurate or appropriate for every context
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragontail Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or HKD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dragontail Group and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any content you transmit through the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Adrian Cross at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
